Our manufacturing facilities, supported by our in-house concept and design team, helps Tilling Engineering to produce custom equipment that provides unique solutions for a wide range of problems in many and varied situations.
Pictured is an assembly of parts that have been machined from 316 Stainless Steel and then fabricated, we then polish the parts to a very high standard which is a requirement in the pharmaceutical industry due to the demand of high levels of sterility which have to be maintained. All fabricated joints need to be crack and crevice free.
We also can machine a range of Advanced Engineering Plastics such as PEEK where the parts need to be stable at high temperatures.
For 20 years Tilling Engineering have built up experience in the design and the manufacturing of parts that are used in a sterile environment.
All parts that we machine are handled and cleaned to an exceptionally high standard, as required by our pharmaceutical customers. We have on site a Component Solvent Cleaning Machine that uses combined boiling solvent, Ultrasonic and Vapour to clean machined parts to this standard, all parts are then certified to the process used.
