Tillings technical and production departments can assist in the solving of application problems and ensure that finished components are to customers required standards. Fully finished components can be produced from our CNC Mill, CNC Lathe and assembly department. We can produce any quantity from one off, or small batches through to large batch production.
Sheet materials can be formed, welded and polished to your requirements.
We are constantly bringing new innovations to the benefit of our customers and we are pleased to assist in the design of your components, for which our own in house design team can produce the CAD drawings. Tillings can help you with material selection and application problems that you may have encountered. Quality is the key word when it comes to materials and component design.
At Tilling Engineering we able to supply either assembled components and full assemblies or a kit of parts what ever suits your own requirements.
We can also design and manufacture specialist lifting and transportation devices and supply spare parts for baggage handling systems.
