CAD CAM Design

Over the last 2 years Tilling Engineering have concentrated on the capital investment of the latest software and machine tools for the production of jigs and fixtures that are designed around our customers surface data information.

Our design department has a wealth of experience in this field and continually are working towards the latest developments in industry.

CAD data can be imported from all major operating systems.

Our CAM department are then responsible for the conversion of design data into the working product.

We use the latest version of Missler CAD CAM software, which will generate cutter paths, and then this information is transferred to our machine tools via a DNC link. From this information our CNC machines produce the components.
